1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using qwik.ad, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
qwik.ad is an AI-powered platform for creating radio advertisements. The service includes text-to-speech generation, voice cloning, background music mixing, and audio export capabilities. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly through Polar.sh, our Merchant of Record.
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
4. Refund Policy
Refund requests are handled by Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record. If you are unsatisfied with the service, contact us at stefan@advoice.app within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent usage limits or security measures.
- Generate or use synthetic speech that imitates a real person without their consent or the rights to do so.
- Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates third-party rights.
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the text content you submit and the audio advertisements you create using qwik.ad. We do not claim any rights over your generated content. The qwik.ad platform, branding, and underlying technology remain our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
qwik.ad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
